Napoleon makes some of the best midrange gas grills on the market. They combine innovation with a high degree of attention to detail. The Prestige Line from Napoleon are the best grills they make and stand toe to toe with the competition in every way. This built-in gas grill offers a four main burners, a high heat output, and a rear mounted rotisserie burner (rotisserie kit generally sold separately).

One of the great features of Napoleon is that their grills are most customizable than the competition. If you don’t want the rotisserie burner on this grill, it can be removed. While not a large line of outdoor kitchen appliances, it is easy to put together the basics with this model and build a relatively inexpensive outdoor kitchen with Napoleon products. The quality construction means you can depend on this grill lasting, and with Napoleon’s excellent support, count on getting the service, parts, and accessories to make the most of it.

The Prestige Pro 500 puts out as much as 48,000 BTUs under the 500 square inches of wave pattern stainless steel cooking grates. The grates on this grill and more mass and surface area than competing products because the wave shape of the stainless steel rods. They are longer than other grates, just curved into a shape that improves surface contact with the food. The rotisserie system is an 18,000 BTU rear mounted infrared burner. By size, it is one of the most powerful rotisserie burners on the market.

As an insert, the Prestige Pro is easy to install and looks great even when compared with higher end products. The control panel has LED lights built into it and continuous spark ignition is reliable and durable. As an alternative to much more expensive grills, the Napoleon Prestige Pro 500 is a great option for custom enclosures that won’t go over budget.
