Full Review – Weber Performer Charcoal Grill

There is little more to be said about the Weber Charcoal Grill that hasn't been said in the past 60 years. This is the most recognized, respected, and desired charcoal grills on the market, worldwide. The Weber Performer comes on a wheeled cart with a load of extras. The cart is small and the table folds down as opposed to the Performer Deluxe which also has a gas powered ignition system for lighting charcoal with the touch of a button.

This model comes with Weber's Gourmet BBQ System cooking grates. This steel plated, hinged grate has a removable center section that can be replaced with a wide range of accessories to give the grill greater versatility. From the pizza stone to an Ebelskiver pan. Of course all these accessories are sold separately and range in price from $35USD to $55USD.

Basically this is the Weber Master Touch with a wheeled cart and fold down table at $50USD more. Frankly, this makes it a better choice than the Master Touch due to improved stability and a workspace (or at least a place to set a plate).
